Returns Policy.

1. Items that are misprinted, damaged, or defective: These items are eligible for return. Any claims for these items must be submitted within 21 days after the product has been delivered. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 21 days after the estimated delivery date. To return, please contact me with a picture of you holding the item that clearly displays the damage. I will advise on how or if the item is to be returned, exchanged, or replaced.

2. Items that are lost in transit: Any claim must be submitted within 21 days after the estimated delivery date to be eligible for replacement. If you provided a wrong address, you may be required to pay any reshipment costs. Please contact me to work out details.

3. Items that are shipped sealed for hygiene (such as but not limited to face masks): These items cannot be returned or refunded. All sales for these items are final.

4. All other items: Returns, refunds, or exchanges may be allowed solely at my discretion within 21 days of when the product has been delivered. Generally, returns are not accepted for buyer's remorse. Please contact me to discuss the claim. Because items are customized in a print-on-demand facility, any refund authorized may be for only 50% of the total sale price (including any fees).

5. Any refunds will be processed by me within 7 days of when an item return is received or within 7 days of the refund authorization, whichever is later. Please be aware that your payment provider may add additional processing time.
